Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

No Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as we begin processing orders promptly.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
